This is the second time I went to Mercedes of Calabasas for service in 2 years and both times they Damaged my car and I only brought it in for an oil change the first time they put a door ding in it and th for service in 2 years and both times they Damaged my car and I only brought it in for an oil change the first time they put a door ding in it and the second time which was just yesterday they hit the front spoiler and now it’s in the body shop for repair I will never bring it there again they have Apsley no idea how to take care of a customers car all they do is damage your car I would highly recommend not having your car serviced here More

The delivery of the vehicle after signing documents was lacking The only thing I was shown on the vehicle was how to put it in drive. Typically anytime I’ve purchased a vehicle I got a full tank of gas complementary of the dealership. Did not receive that. I was handed the keys and got a thank you that was it. More
Good Service Eventually We bought a used car from James Pugliese. James is your typical used car sales person cliché. When he learned i was interested in the vehicle, he was persistent in his contact, and mostly helpful, although I wouldn't suggest detail is his strong point. During our purchase, the tone was one of coercive and rushed selling. Any request we made was met with "someone is coming to look at this vehicle later and I can sell it to them". Our main concern was having the car looked over by a mechanic which was refused under all circumstances. We purchased the car anyway - it is a beautiful car and we are happy to have it. However, the car began leaking oil a day after we purchased it. We attempted to contact James to discuss the matter. It would seem James' customer service ends at the sale and he possesses no after sales interest. The moment we registered the problem, he would not return any calls despite his assurance that he would. After 3 days of being ignored we escalated to the used care sales manager Jose. Jose immediately dealt with the problem, invited the car for an inspection and organised its repair. Jose was communicative, polite and helpful. The problem was eventually resolved. Despite the pre and after sales service of James, this is a good car at a good price from a dealership that will eventually do the right thing by their customer. I would buy from them again. But not from James. More

He took the time to describe to me exactly what was being done and why; also making me aware of a couple of other items that needed attention on the vehicle.
