INSPECT your new vehicle before purchasing. Initial interactions were pleasant and then it went downhill. I purchased a vehicle which was being shipped from their sister store in Walnut Creek. The car had 90 miles on it but they insisted that it was normal, we bit. Within the time span of 24 hours after driving the car off the lot, three problems arose. First, the windshield wiper flew off the attachment as the vehicle was driven on a highway, endangering the driver as well as surrounding vehicles. Alerted the dealer and was assured that it will be fixed the next day. The car was driven the next day and multiple warnings appeared on the dashboard warning of low coolant level. Alerted the dealer and did not hear back until well after I alerted the technician that arrived to replace the windshield wiper. The technician proceeded to open the hood and was shocked that the car was brand new. There was a very clear puncture in the coolant line as smoke fumed out from a overheating engine. While examining the car further as horrified and terrified I was of driving the car any further, a small hole due to improper stitching was found. It was gaping wide open on the back of the passenger seat, big enough to fit three fingers into. I called the dealer and notified of the issues, they said that they would take the car in the next business day and service it and send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. I requested a loaner and they expected us to get there from DTLA to Calabasas on our own. They then offered a full refund and I took it. There are a lot of shameful details and drama in interacting with the dealer that I have decided to keep out for the sake of keeping an honest review free of emotions. Nonetheless, I have returned the vehicle and purchased a vehicle elsewhere. More

Our experience when we drove into the service department just a few days ago was fantastic! They were ready for me and I wasn't there more then just a few minutes. They even had the loaner car (at no charge) ready for me so I could leave right away. Paper work was all ready and we did not have to wait for anything. A customer such as myself can really see these people who all work there are a team and they all work hard to provide speedy, and professional customer service. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car and having their car serviced. More

Car was picked up, serviced and returned to my home. Service, E350, 040720 Amazing It turns out that the "B" Service was not required and that another dealer forgot to turn off the prompt. Purchased a 2017 c-300 that was supposed to have heated seats, navigation and certified!!! NO NAVIGATION, NO HEATED SEATS AND NOT CERTIFIED AFTER 3 DAYS SERVICE A LIGHT CAME ON. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB The CORP OFFICE AND CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY REGARDING FALSE ADVERTISING.... I DO HAVE PROOF.. I Never have experienced such unprofessionalism...
