This was the absolute easiest service I’ve ever gotten to my vehicle. Once I called, they scheduled a time to pick my car up and dropped off a loaner. Once it was ready, they again made the exchange. Overall just done with Mercedes After a horrific incident with the Thousand Oaks Silverstar Mercedes service center last year, I needed to find a different place. Calabasas Mercedes After a horrific incident with the Thousand Oaks Silverstar Mercedes service center last year, I needed to find a different place. Calabasas Mercedes is actually closer to my house and therefore I thought I'd give it a try. I was not impressed. I made an appointment for 11 am but wasn't helped for almost 25 minutes although one nice employee kept ensuring me that I would be helped soon. This is a minimal issue. The bigger issue is that when dealing with the service person he questioned me about whether or not it was my parents' car, if they passed it down to me, if I purchased it new or used, and whether the car was "really" mine. I was highly appalled because I doubt that every customer gets asked these discriminatory questions- especially the older white gentleman who came after me. Additionally, this is coming from an Asst. Manager. I was then texted later to pick up my car within a 5 minute window before closure, which of course took much longer. I was mostly upset from the interaction in the morning and hope employees will get more training on discrimination. And yes, the car is mine and I bought it. More
