I received a recall notice on my 07 Mercedes Benz E350 and I called Kyle my service rep from Calabasas Mercedes. He took great care of my vehicle. Service tech looked at my vehicle and the ID number did n and I called Kyle my service rep from Calabasas Mercedes. He took great care of my vehicle. Service tech looked at my vehicle and the ID number did not match what was needed to repair, which was good. My vehicle had no issues. Good service! More

EZ purchase and test drive under Covid-19 I was online looking for a used MBZ C300 came across found this lovely 2018 Black AMG C300. It was a long drive from Corona to Calabasas when we arri I was online looking for a used MBZ C300 came across found this lovely 2018 Black AMG C300. It was a long drive from Corona to Calabasas when we arrived we saw the car was already parked there for us to inspect. Tracy, our sales staff walk with us to the car and hand us the key for a test drive. Since Covid-19 is still an issue we test drive the vehicle without Tracy, that was different! Later, we moved on to meet with the finance department we were approved for the MBZ 0/36 plans on a used car! "WOW" Overall this purchase experience at Calabasas of MBZ is very unique and pleasant I would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy and new or used MBZ from them.
