I called 2 dealerships to view the GLS 450, I had several deals on the table but Calabasas had the best price. I arrived 4pm and by 9pm, the deal was signed. Thalia who helped me with the sale was friendly a deals on the table but Calabasas had the best price. I arrived 4pm and by 9pm, the deal was signed. Thalia who helped me with the sale was friendly and professional but her insight and explanation of the need for urgency, made me stay and close the deal. Her words "this car will be gone by tomorrow morning, people want this car". Rosa in Finance and the Sales Manager were brilliant, and everyone had great things to say about the store manager who had a smile on his face every time. That GLS 450 is my wives' car and I'm getting my sedan very soon. More
