I have a very positive experience with Mercedes of Calabasas. My sales rep is Brian Morales, he assisted all throughout the experience. Brian is knowledgeable, showed me all the features. I asked where the jump points are and the battery, he knows where it is. This is not the first time I have dealt with dealerships and many of the sales rep are not familiar with the vehicles. There is no high pressure tactics used by the Brian or the finance person, Raja. Brian also worked with me regarding the return of my car to my hometown of Paso Robles via AAA. I gave him the key, gave him my information, followed up with him regarding the status of the vehicle and responded promptly. Highly recommend Brian to be your sales rep. I would recommend Mercedes of Calabasas to anyone looking to purchase a new MB, I believe they have the most competitive prices in southern California based on my research.
