After I picked up the car I noticed there was a ding on the door, And also the door jamb was chi I brought my car here to get repaired and serviced. After I picked up the car I noticed there was a ding on the door, And also the door jamb was chipped. They contacted me after I did not give them a good score on the service review. Sovereign agreed to repair the damage they have done. So I brought in the car again. I picked up the car after a few days, When I got home I inspected the repair. All I can say is Horrible Job. The paint was dull and had orange peel. The car is a 2008 SLK 55 AMG, Hardly ever used with less than 6000 miles. Heated garage kept, Never driven in rain or snow. It was only driven at night, Never was even once parked on the street. In essence it is a garage queen. I found it was therapeutic to rinse and wax it weekly. There was no way I could stand to see the imperfection they had left. So upset about the poor repair job, I sold the car. I would have been so upset every time I saw the door. I do not recommend this dealer and I would never go there again. More
