Horrible service consultants! Sovereign wanted to charge me $1800 to fix that problem because it was COVERED by warranty! at Intercar Mercedes they fixed it for me without a problem and I didn't have to pay anything! I was leasing "Infinity" car for few terms. I was leasing "Infinity" car for few terms. This year i decided to switch to "Mercedes". In middle of June 2011 I came in to dealer office and Peter I was leasing "Infinity" car for few terms. This year i decided to switch to "Mercedes". In middle of June 2011 I came in to dealer office and Peter Guinones was my guide. He is very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I took a drive test and was very happy to drive this great car.Mr.Charvet advice me to coming in July,when my previous lease will be paid off. Than he explain me with greatest respect what else will lower my monthly payments and calculated a reasonable price. This made me fell very special and valued customer. I enjoyed dealing with this team. Thank you and your staff for outstanding service efforts. More

I was in an Audi A6 for almost three years and grew to love the car. It was fun and responsive, and very safe with the Quattro system. The time had come for me to update my vehicle because the Audi became a bit outdated. I was almost sure that i would walk into the Audi dealership and purchase the new A6. Before doing so I decided that it would be smart for me to shop around and see what the competition had to offer. My first obvious choice was the BMW 535xi. I called the Life Quality dealership in Bay Ridge to schedule a test drive. When i walked into the dealership the sales associate was very pushy and borderline rude. I came out of there feeling like they were doing me a favor in allowing me to test drive the vehicle. That experience turned me off big time! In all honesty that experience was the deal breaker for me. i walked into the Audi dealership the following day to inquire about the new A6. We went back and forth with the price and they just couldn't or didn't want to work with my budget. At first it was a bit upsetting but all that changed when i walked into the Mercedes dealership. The environment in Sovereign is very accommodating and the staff were very knowledgeable. One associate in particular was extremely helpful and solidified The deal for me. Mr Moe was very patient and courteous through out the whole process and patient in walking me through it. He went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met and the that the price was within my budget. It took a little longer then i had expected but it was worth the wait! I can confidently say that the accommodating experience and professionalism Mr. Moe brought to the table is the reason why I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2011 E350 4matic sedan. I was so pleased with him that we went through with the lease without a test drive! I guess his professionalism and not the beautiful vehicle is the reason the deal was done. We bought a 2011 GL in March from Sovereign. I am AMAZED at the fabulous employees that they have there. The are so accommodating and friendly. We live in Jersey and the dealer is in Brooklyn. That was a concern to us about having the car serviced by a dealer so far away. AGAIN, they were amazing. They sent someone out to pick up the car and deliver me a loaner. They washed and vacuumed my car and it is great! If you live anywhere in the Tri-State area and are looking at a Mercedes....Don't go ANYWHERE else!! More

After having a baby we knew space would be an issue and needed a larger vehicle. We were a current Infiniti owner and after contacting them about a larger vehicle, we decided to look elsewhere after we we needed a larger vehicle. Danny was recommended to us by a friend and said he would contact us if anything caught his eye within our price range. Three weeks later he kept him end of his promise and called us to come in to take a look at a Mercedes truck. I fell in love instantly and my husband and I decided to go through with the deal. Danny was a huge help and answered any questions we had, and no pressure was involved what so ever. I also wanted to add that I came to the dealership with a cranky 1 year old and the front desk secretary was so sweet with my daughter by making her smile and laugh. Would definitely recommend Danny at Sovereign to my friends and family with out a doubt. More

REQUEST A CARFAX UP-FRONT, BE SKEPTICAL OF PRICING, & DON'T BE AFRAID TO WALK AWAY. Visited Sovereign on separate occasions to consider purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Each time, was met wit DON'T BE AFRAID TO WALK AWAY. Visited Sovereign on separate occasions to consider purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Each time, was met with an incredibly rude secretary at the front desk, and was shuffled outside to check out some cars parked on the lot. On our first visit, both cars were filthy, and had clearly been sitting there for some time (three months according to the online Carfax reports). The car I test drove had scratches and dents all over it, and was offered with a sticker price for $2000-$3000 more than other CPO dealers in the tri-state area. The second car was in better shape, but was absurdly priced at $4500 more than the Edmunds TMV pricing. After attempting to negotiate on the second vehicle, I was told by Lou Romano -- who happens to be one of the most disrespectful salesmen I have ever encountered -- that the most they'd move on pricing was $500 off the stick. That was flat-out insulting, given the condition of the vehicles and the length of time they'd been on the lot. I walked away and should have never looked back. A week or so later, received a second call from the dealership about a pre-owned car they had in inventory. According to Moe, the salesman, this vehicle was owned by ONE person, and had an absolutely CLEAN Carfax report. Reluctantly, I agreed to return. Visibly, the vehicle looked just fine, and I decided to continue into the dealership to discuss pricing. From the moment I walked into the glass cube, I was rushed and pressured to sign documents and fill out paperwork. I refused to sign anything and immediately requested a Carfax. After 25 minutes of waiting (funny how the Carfax was something they could not rush to provide), Moe walks in and informs me that somehow, the car WAS involved in an accident, and they were getting the report. 15 minutes more of waiting for the Carfax, and Moe walks in and hands it over. Smack in the middle of page one is a glaring exclamation point reading ACCIDENT REPORTED. In addition, it turns out the vehicle was owned twice before, not once. Immediately, I walked out of the office and never looked back. I received NUMEROUS phone calls for the remainder of the week demanding to know whether I had made a decision or not. About four days later, I received a final, threatening voicemail stating that they had found another buyer and needed to know if "the deal was closed." I told them that I would not be purchasing, and was going to express interest in leasing a new vehicle, but was actually HUNG UP ON by Moe. A word of advice to anyone considering this shady, sketchy dealership -- LOOK ELSEWHERE. Don't get involved with those that will lie and cheat to make a deal. And to Lou Romano, stay classy. You're a true detriment to that entire delearship, and I'll be glad to let every one of my friends and family know the chop-shop operation you're running over there. More

HE HAS NOW LOCKED IN MY BUSINES AND ALL M SOVEREIGN. EVERYTHING HE PROMISSED HE DELIVERED, AND THEN SUM! NOT LIKE MOST DEALERS BAIT AND SWITCH ETC.
