Being a first time buyer of a Mercedes, I felt comfortable to express what I was looking for from a Toyota fan. Peter Quinones listened and tried to help without being too pushy. Horrible service consultants! They lie about everything! took my car for service they said i have 3 pens under my seat which caused the seat to jam and not move. took my car to a different dealer he put the took my car for service they said i have 3 pens under my seat which caused the seat to jam and not move. took my car to a different dealer he put the seat apart and we didn't see any pens. Sovereign wanted to charge me $1800 to fix that problem because it was COVERED by warranty! at Intercar Mercedes they fixed it for me without a problem and I didn't have to pay anything!
