I am retired and buying a new car is a major project for me. I was thinking about buying a new car for about 2 years now. I have done extensive research prior to making my decision via the internet and vi me. I was thinking about buying a new car for about 2 years now. I have done extensive research prior to making my decision via the internet and visits to dealerships. I decided that the Mercedes-Benz Glk 350 was the best value for my money given my criteria and price range. I have never owned a Mercedes so my expectation of the car, the dealership, and the sales person was extremely high. I was/am extremely surprised that not only did they meet my expectations but also exceeded it. First I had already decided on the model, options, and price range. I was completely open with the salesperson and presented my information. The salesperson reviewed my information with her manager and within a short time we had an agreement on price and the paperwork was processed. There was no hassle, long debates, or need for multiple visits; it was a wonderful experience. Secondly since the car was not available at this dealership, an inventory search was conducted. This person kept me informed of the inventory search and there was never a need for me to make a follow-up call to her. In the follow-up with their finance manager, no pressure was used to select additional coverage. The sales person and finance manager merely recommended curtain packages based on their experience. What a nice feeling knowing that their concern is first their customer. Thirdly the day that I picked up the car was smooth and professional. Everything was prepared ahead of time. The salesperson took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The salesperson treated me with the same courtesy and professionism as if I had just walked into the dealership. Finally, I have purchased many new cars over the years, but this experience of buying a Mercedes-Benz from Sovereign Motors was the best. From first walking into the dealership to driving away with my new car was a positive experience. I have no doubt that the service and support will continue. Let me add one final comment, the sales person took the time to introduce me to her managers, and other sales personnel offered their congratulations to me. I am the owner of a 2009 GL450 and have had all my service work done at Sovereign. My service representative Carol has been handling my account since my second visit and she has always been extremel service work done at Sovereign. My service representative Carol has been handling my account since my second visit and she has always been extremely accommodative in scheduling appointments, providing loaner vehicles and helping me with last minute emergency service. Recently while on the highway, I received a message about a problem with my ABS and stability control. A few minutes after speaking with Carol, I was on my way to the dealership for emergency service. It turns out that one of my sensors had malfunctioned making regular driving conditions extremely hazardous. Without the dedicated work of Carol and the service department at Sovereign the outcome might have been much different. As long as I own my Mercedes, Carol and the team at Sovereign will always be my first call. More

The dealership gave me everything I asked for and found the car I wanted in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I found it kind of interesting that the majority of people looking to buy a Mercedes in this dealership were russian just like myself, but I can definitely see why we love our Mercedes. The new ML350 is simply amazing. It drives like a sedan and gets better gas milage than my Infinity G35XS that I previously had with the room of an SUV. I love my new car. I dealt with a Leasing Company before and Peter was able to get me a better deal than the leasing company with this new car. The other problem with Leasing Companies is if they get their car from another state and you live under 75 miles away from that dealership, you'll have to drive there to return the car. I had to drive my Infinity G35XS all the way to NJ from NY (45 miles) to return it which was very inconvenient. No other dealership wanted to take back my leased car. But this time I know when I need to return my car, Soverign is 5 minutes away from my house so it's much more convenient. If you live close to Soverign, don't go anywhere else. This is hands down the best dealership in Brooklyn. More
