I Have worked with Carol Morin for over ten years now, she has serviced all three mercedes, that I have owned. Carol is always extremely professional, extremely courteous, extremely helpful, and makes me she has serviced all three mercedes, that I have owned. Carol is always extremely professional, extremely courteous, extremely helpful, and makes me very comfortable when I am in the dealership. She has me in and out of the service center in minimal time, which I really appreciate. I have recently moved to Staten Island, and Sovereign is not always the most convenient dealership for me, but I use them, because of my relationship with Ms. Morin. Thank You Darren Accles More

I am the owner of a 2009 GL450 and have had all my service work done at Sovereign. My service representative Carol has been handling my account since my second visit and she has always been extremel service work done at Sovereign. My service representative Carol has been handling my account since my second visit and she has always been extremely accommodative in scheduling appointments, providing loaner vehicles and helping me with last minute emergency service. Recently while on the highway, I received a message about a problem with my ABS and stability control. A few minutes after speaking with Carol, I was on my way to the dealership for emergency service. It turns out that one of my sensors had malfunctioned making regular driving conditions extremely hazardous. Without the dedicated work of Carol and the service department at Sovereign the outcome might have been much different. As long as I own my Mercedes, Carol and the team at Sovereign will always be my first call. More
I just recently leased a new 2012 ML350 from the Sovereign Motor Cars Dealership and I must say I am very pleased with the experience. Peter Quinones was a very pleasant salesman to deal with and ma Sovereign Motor Cars Dealership and I must say I am very pleased with the experience. Peter Quinones was a very pleasant salesman to deal with and made the whole transaction very smooth an enjoyable. The dealership gave me everything I asked for and found the car I wanted in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I found it kind of interesting that the majority of people looking to buy a Mercedes in this dealership were russian just like myself, but I can definitely see why we love our Mercedes. The new ML350 is simply amazing. It drives like a sedan and gets better gas milage than my Infinity G35XS that I previously had with the room of an SUV. I love my new car. I dealt with a Leasing Company before and Peter was able to get me a better deal than the leasing company with this new car. The other problem with Leasing Companies is if they get their car from another state and you live under 75 miles away from that dealership, you'll have to drive there to return the car. I had to drive my Infinity G35XS all the way to NJ from NY (45 miles) to return it which was very inconvenient. No other dealership wanted to take back my leased car. But this time I know when I need to return my car, Soverign is 5 minutes away from my house so it's much more convenient. If you live close to Soverign, don't go anywhere else. This is hands down the best dealership in Brooklyn. More
Sovereign Mercedes Service Center is THE worst service center I have ever been to. The 1st time I've been there, with a problem with shocks, they returned my car with a detached muffler. It rolled out of center I have ever been to. The 1st time I've been there, with a problem with shocks, they returned my car with a detached muffler. It rolled out of the shop sounding like a tractor. The supervisor looked right at it, walked away, and went home. "Sorry, it's Thanksgiving" was the response. The 2nd time, I bought the air pump, which turned out to be faulty, and was told that they have a policy of no exchange on electronic components, which is fine with me, but I would have to install it in the car and bring the entire car to be serviced under warranty. Eventually, I was told that the pump is OK, and $ 139 later, I replaced their faulty pump with another pump, and everything was fine. They saw it, they admitted it, but still would not exchange the faulty pump. My guess is, ripping off customers like this is the only way for them to make a living. What a SHAME! I have owned Mercedes cars for several decades, and would not recommend Sovereign to anybody. More
WOW, Where do I begin. Horrible!!! Disgusting, Low class! I live in Brooklyn and bought my previous five cars either out of state or through a Leasing Company. This dealership just gave me a fresh reminder I live in Brooklyn and bought my previous five cars either out of state or through a Leasing Company. This dealership just gave me a fresh reminder as to why. I was given a very good deal on a Brand New Mercedes GL450 by a leasing company. I figured the Leasing company is a broker and has to make their markup, so why not go directly to a Dealer and negotiate a better deal. I scheduled an appointment to Sovereign Mercedes and came in. I was greeted by a receptionist at the front desk and checked in. I was told to wait a couple of minutes for a salesman. After 15 minutes of browsing the showroom I asked the receptionist if the Salesman is coming. She seemed dumbfounded. Then she remembered and apologized saying "this is why I do not do front desk". Then went along how she is not a regular receptionist. She totally forgot to let the salesman know I was there. Finally a salesman came out, shook hands with me then introduced me to his young female associate, who would be helping me. We took a test drive and I told her about previous quotes that I have received. Right of the bat I was told their deal will not be as good as a leasing company. I asked why, and it's because of the "after sales service" that they apparently provide. I told them I was only interested in the car and not after sales service. Finally they said that they will meet or beat any quote I received if I showed them on paper and if I refuse after sales service. Such as carwashes etc. The next four days I received numerous calls from Sovereign Sales associates, people I haven't dealt with at the dealership, asking me how I was treated and if I was ready to buy or why I haven't yet. I said I was, if the numbers are right, every time. Finally, on the last day of the Holiday Mercedes Sales Event, I got a call from my sales girl saying she found me a car. Well, the deal was for a lease that was over $250 a month more, with higher out of pocket than the quote I just received from an out of state dealer in Ohio for a similar MSRP car, as well as over $240/month higher than a local leasing company. She said she will try to do better and call me back. In about 5 minutes I get another call from Sovereign, this time from a Salesman I never dealt with before. The first thing he asked is "when is the bus to Ohio" I figured I'll let that slide if the numbers are close. He started working on the price and in the meantime asking me If I was in sales, as if that mattered. Very cocky guy. Finally he started asking me about the deal I was quoted by another dealer. I gave him the numbers; MSRP, cap cost, residual, money factor. He then said "Oh you are one of those guys with computer programs that calculates everything" I said yes I'm one of those but I can do the deal on paper. Then he said for me to be careful if I didn't get a Vin # from another dealer. When he finally realized that I'm not willing to pay substantially more, he stated "we don't need customers like you" and hung up the phone. This is exactly the reason why I never bought a car from a Brooklyn dealership. Since the days of Crazy Eddy, not much has changed. You'd be very mistaken if you think that in this day and age of the internet, reviews and so many tools available to the public, there would be a level playing field, there would be no place for crooks and shady dealers. You'd be very wrong. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience at Sovereign Mercedes compelled me to write this. Do yourself a huge favor if you are thinking of buying a Mercedes, stay away from this dealership. Don't even do a test drive here. I don't even service my car in Brooklyn. There are plenty of great dealers and leasing companies out there. Find them on the Mercedes Boards or call around NJ/CT. One last time, Stay Away from Sovereign! More
Whole experience was honest friendly and respectful. When he couldn't find me exactly what I was looking for because I was being overly picky he stayed at it and found it. he got the car to me in record time he couldn't find me exactly what I was looking for because I was being overly picky he stayed at it and found it. he got the car to me in record time and explained everything. The entire dealership is first class and we look forward to recommending them to our friends and colleagues. More
I have 2009 ML-350. Went to Sovereign for simple issue - keys stop working. Didn't get a loaner car either. These people took half of a car apart to determine that it's a bad SAM module, blame it on the wat keys stop working. Didn't get a loaner car either. These people took half of a car apart to determine that it's a bad SAM module, blame it on the water leak, refuse to fix it under warranty and charged me 5 hours of labor ($125/h) for diagnostic. Once I refuse to pay since they didn't get my permission to do all this labor that doesn't cover by warranty they refuse to give my car back until I pay. After multiple calls to corporate they drop price to $250. Stay away from them at all cost. They don't know what they doing and it's a bunch of crooks. More
My wife and I were first time mercedes benz clients so we were very price conscious and admittedly demanding. Peter Quinones was quite frank in informing us that he could not meet our demands, so we left. A were very price conscious and admittedly demanding. Peter Quinones was quite frank in informing us that he could not meet our demands, so we left. A few days later he contacted us and said he might have what we were looking for. As it turns out he found exactly what we had in mind so of course we demanded an unreasonable price. In the end we got the car we wanted for the price we could afford and Peter hasn't lost his job so i guess it was good across the board. Seriously, we dealt mostly with Peter so this observation is mostly of him. He was a pleasure to work with. We will rate the dealership as a whole as we become more acquainted with it. I would violently urge potential buyers to contact Peter.Quinones@sovereignmb.udccrm.com More
