Carol was right on the mark with her estimated time for the job to be done (about one hour). Even the employees who were not helping me directly were courteous, whether by a verbal hello or a smiling acknowledgement. Also, the waiting area was conducive for laptop tasks (wifi service there is great btw!) or for just relaxing and watching television with their complimentary beverage and light breakfast. I even found the scheduling of the appointment to be quick and accommodating to my needs. The luxury and dependability of my E350 and the consistent positive experiences I have at Sovereign whenever I need service have made me a customer for life with them. More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE LEASING MY 2012 C300 4MATIC. THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT, UPFRONT, AND VERY EASY GOING, NOT PUSHY UNLIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY OFFERED A HIGH RISE OF SALESMAN WAS GREAT, UPFRONT, AND VERY EASY GOING, NOT PUSHY UNLIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY OFFERED A HIGH RISE OF SERVICE QUICK HANDLING. I WAS DRIVING THE CAR WITHIN LESS THEN 3HRS. SPOT DELIVERY. THE SALESMEN WALKED ME THRU THE CAR PRIOR TO DELIVERY EXPLAINED EACH AND EVERY CONTROL IN THE VEHICLE. HE PROGRAMMED ALL MY PHONES, PRESET MY RADIO STATIONS, TOTALLY UNBELEIVEABLE. I purchased my ML350 about two years ago, and honestly believe this was one of the best decisions I have made. Carol Morin was the service advisor assigned to me, and two years later she is still the sam believe this was one of the best decisions I have made. Carol makes you feel like more than a customer, you are made feel like part of a family. This particular dealership is not close to my home. I actually bypass several dealerships to come to Soveriegn, because of the outstanding service that Carol provides. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
