My husband and I have beeen looking to trade in our R350 for and E350. Went to the original dealer (Ray Catena) and it wasn't a very friendly environment for a trade in as it was when we bought our origina for and E350. I had checked Sovereign's website for CPO ML350's. I did find a few that I wanted to check out. It didn't take long for me to find my vehicle. I didn't know I was going to seal the deal that day....but I did. Val made that the whole transaction so smooth. He explained everything in great detail. I never once felt like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. Also highly appreciated was the reasonable dealer fees,all in all, less than $200. Most other dealers charge upwards of $300. Mr Quionones is a gentleman before a salesman, thanks to him, I will be a repeat customer at this dealership and will definetely recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a car. More
