My GL450 (affectionately known to all as Sabrina) needed to have her State inspection performed, and as always I reached out t exceeds expectations. My GL450 (affectionately known to all as Sabrina) needed to have her State inspection performed, and as always I reached out to my service representative Carol Morin for assistance. After accessing my file, she realized that I was also two weeks away from Sabrina's annual maintenance. My flexibility was limited since I had just started working at a new firm but the ever resourceful Carol provided me with a true win-win situation. Since she already had all of Sabrina's records, I told her about the minor items that needed to be checked. After providing her with my credit card information, she made arrangements for me to drop off my baby, sign my paperwork AND pick up a loaner vehicle with someone in the dealer showroom. Equally as impressive, she managed to have my State inspection and maintenance completed in time for me to pick up Sabrina the following afternoon. It is this type of personalized service that makes me proud to be a member of the Mercedes family. Leased our ML350 in February. So far our whole experience has far exceeded our expectations. Christian & Lu were very patient and not over "salesy". For me personally I may never see the value in paying so much more money for the car itself but these guys have really put the value in the service which has made me feel very good about this brand. Peter Quinones, Is the bomb diggity!! I had a tough situation with the car I wanted to trade in. Several other dealers told me I could not accomplish the trade because i owed to much on my old car but situation with the car I wanted to trade in.
