Peter was great to work with. I found the car I was interested in online and traveled from Wisconsin to pick it up and drive it home. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Sovereign Motors as well as working with Peter. The only negative I would say and it isn't even that bad is that I had to wait a couple of hours for the car after I flew in because they were working on putting the brakes and tires on. But, I didn't mind waiting that long for that! More

A year ago I decided that I loke the GLK 350 and that this will be my next car, however it was too pricy, as I wanted it fully loaded I then saw the GLK350 via Craigs list and ask my son to call and make an offer. He called back with a price that Peter quote to him. I could not beleive it. Saturday of that same week, we called Peter to let him know that we were comming in to purchase the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when we completed this process within 1 hour, we were now the owner for this vehicle. The day we went to pick the car up, we notice that there was a scratch on the hood, we were told that they would repair it, in the mean while we drove away with a loaner. For the delay in service Peter sent me a box of Godiva chocolate and was very apologetic. We finally got our car and we could not activate the Embrace for a few days. Imagine our surprise when I receive a message from peter stating that we would receive reimbursement for the 1 year of what the Embrace cost. We tell our families and friends, there is a HUGE difference in the service from Peter. We really did feel like a valued customer Great Customer Service performed by Peter. More
