I have been a Mercedes owner since 2008. My E350 has always been serviced at Sovereign Motors. I am a NYS Chaplain who lives to serve my community and others. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder from Sovereign (Peter). Being located in Florida, this was a long-distance deal and it went through perfectly. We saw a car we had been looking for for a while on Ebay, an older model Mercedes SL 500. The price looked high so we called Peter and he was more than willing to work out a deal with us. He helped us get an older model Mercedes SL 500. The price looked high so we called Peter and he was more than willing to work out a deal with us. He helped us get it shipped it to Florida, got us a new set of owner’s manuals, and even helped us get compensated for some minor mechanical issues with the car. The car was represented nicely in the pictures and described to a T. A very pleasant experience! More

This place is basically a typical use Mercedes-Benz, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...Prestige Motors, Ray Catena, Globe Motors to name a few. This place is basically a typical used car dealer wrapped in Mercedes-Benz logo pulling every tricks to rip you off in every corners. Rude and unprofessional sales people and even worse manager and finance guys will try to rip your arms and legs. Not to mention lousy service dept. also try to victimize you. STAY AWAY!!! More

We got a beautiful E350 Mercedes from Peter @ Sovereign, which we saw online. As straightforwardly told, he was upfront about the condition of the car. It arrived in mint condition, despite the grumpy del which we saw online. As straightforwardly told, he was upfront about the condition of the car. It arrived in mint condition, despite the grumpy delivery man. The car was subcontracted to be delivered by a logistics company that Sovereign chose. I can't blame Peter or Sovereign for the horrible service of the delivery company that was subcontracted, but they do not normally ship cars across the country. It just so happen that Sovereign had the exact model and features we were looking for, that was not available anywhere else in the country. Having had to deal/coordinate over phone and email, Peter made the process much easier since he was very responsive, despite the time difference between San Francisco and Brooklyn. He returned all phone calls extremely timely and all emails. As a Mercedes dealership, I think I was expecting exceptional customer service, but this was not the case here. I have high expectations though when it comes to customer service. Peter's service was good, but not exceptional. Exceptional customer service is providing the little things for customers without asking. It's the small details that count. (Example: He charged me for gas in the tank, and the was delivered with less than half a tank of gas.) However, we did not get the face to face interaction, and I think that makes a huge difference in building a relationship. Also, I think that there are sub cultural differences between us San Franciscans vs. Brooklynites. The service was not as friendly as I would expect, starting from the receptionist. Overall, Peter was a good representative, and we are very happy with our car!! Price was very fair. More
