Sonny put me in the exact car I wanted and worked with me to help me get a REALLY good deal. Sonny is a good guy and I'd recommend him to anyone, when I go to the dealer for car washes he always makes a point to say hello and talk a bit. His colleague Lou looked over my deal when I decided to make it a one-pay lease and he confirmed that everything was set up right, he is also a very knowledgeable guy who I'd be happy to recommend. Steve (Slava) explained the differences between the one-pay and the monthly lease, another of the great people I dealt with while there. The salesman and managers with whom I DID NOT work with were also extremely friendly, I think that MB of Brooklyn only hires good people! There is definitely a culture of excellence in this dealership and it shows in the quality of service. Getting my car serviced used to be a pain in the you know what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any questions I had and escorted me to the waiting area where I was served REAL coffee (not that cheap stuff), with the option for a complimentary breakfast. There's also a few IPads available to help pass the time. Because of all this, I actually look forward to getting my car serviced and also to check out the new models. I'm on my second Mercedes lease from this dealer, and I'm already thinking about my third. More
