I am a tough critic. I give this dealer the high marks due to the exceptional service and overall experience I had for my purchase, and, continue to have for service. Besides this review, I've told all my friends and coworkers about the extraordinary service and the quality of the people with whom you will work with over at MB of Brooklyn. Sonny put me in the exact car I wanted and worked with me to help me get a REALLY good deal. Sonny is a good guy and I'd recommend him to anyone, when I go to the dealer for car washes he always makes a point to say hello and talk a bit. His colleague Lou looked over my deal when I decided to make it a one-pay lease and he confirmed that everything was set up right, he is also a very knowledgeable guy who I'd be happy to recommend. Steve (Slava) explained the differences between the one-pay and the monthly lease, another of the great people I dealt with while there. The salesman and managers with whom I DID NOT work with were also extremely friendly, I think that MB of Brooklyn only hires good people! There is definitely a culture of excellence in this dealership and it shows in the quality of service. Anyone considering a Mercedes-Benz and lives within 300 miles of this place should seriously consider going there, while that may sound dramatic, I know the value of working with a quality dealership. After purchasing my first Mercedes, Alfonso Perri was my service rep. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I felt comfortable enought to ask him all the questions I had and he patiently explained ever service rep. I did not feel rushed at any time as I have experienced in other dealerships. I think Alfonso is knowledgeable and an overall professional. Now that I live in New Jersey, Al is the reason I continue to service my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn even though there are two Mercedes Benz dealerships within a 10 mile radius of my residence. I have also recommended friends and they are also pleased with Al. To me having a good service rep for my Mercedes Benz is like finding a good physician for myself. More

Getting my car serviced used to be a pain in the you know what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any quest what. It all changed back in 2010 once I purchased my first Mercedes from this dealer. The staff is very polite and inviting. They answered any questions I had and escorted me to the waiting area where I was served REAL coffee (not that cheap stuff), with the option for a complimentary breakfast. There's also a few IPads available to help pass the time. Because of all this, I actually look forward to getting my car serviced and also to check out the new models. I'm on my second Mercedes lease from this dealer, and I'm already thinking about my third. More
