The new management at this dealership makes the experience here unlike at any other luxury car dealership in NYC - surprisingly pleasant! When I brought in my car for service, although they did no experience here unlike at any other luxury car dealership in NYC - surprisingly pleasant! When I brought in my car for service, although they did not have loaners, they went out of their way to get me a car from Enterprise Rent-a-Car, for free. The manager stopped by and offered his help, shook my hand and said he's at my service and wants my service experience to be great. The service advisor that I dealt with, Alberto Lalli - was also extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. My son who was with me, got a few playdoh boxes to play with while we waited. The wait was only 10 mins to be seen, and the time it took to drop the car off and leave with a rented one was no more than 30 mins. Plus, they fixed my car in 24 hours. Really a pleasant experience!!!! A nice refreshing suprise! Thank you, guys! More
