I brought my Gl450 in for routine service, during the service i was told I needed 4 new tires ( which i already had an idea i needed). problem with this was i needed my car to travel from New York to Phi service i was told I needed 4 new tires ( which i already had an idea i needed). problem with this was i needed my car to travel from New York to Philadelphia for a family vacation. Carol made sure everything was completed and my car was returned to me by 9:30 the morning I was supposed to leave. Carol and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my famiiy vacation wasn't ruined. Thank You More

This was an exceptional experience for me. It was my first time at this particular service center and when I drove in, the whole aura of this service center was extremely inviting. Everyone I met, from the very first person that greeted me, to the receptionist, to Alberto Lalli, who actually processed the paperwork, to the one who served me a complimentary breakfast, they all treated me kindly and respectfully as I waited for my car. All I came in to do was to have my tires checked, but I was pleasantly surprise that the service I received, went way beyond my expectations. Something was wrong with one of the tires so they fixed it, but without charging me anything. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn! More
