Purchased an after market rear seat entertainment system for my 2013 GL 450. I ordered the vehicle prewired for a system but not knowing what was involved, I was reluctant to tackle the task. I found John for my 2013 GL 450. I ordered the vehicle prewired for a system but not knowing what was involved, I was reluctant to tackle the task. I found John McCormick on the internet and after a number of emails and calls, I took the leap. John assured me that he would be available if I ran into any problems. Did the installation today. Went like a charm. Had a question during installation for John and as promised, he was available and answered by question. Have owned Mercedes since 1982 and have dealt with lots of Mercedes folk. Most are very good. John is as good as they get. Thanks John. More

I call him on several occasions and my calls were answered promptly. He was exceptional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz vehicle. My experience with customer service, the price of the car, Mr. Marc Loyola who gave me a review on the functions of the car ( he was very knowledgable) was excellent. This dealership has it all, especially for someone like myself who has no time at all for anything. Sonny Narula did everything for me! One visit to see what I was buying and literally five days later all myself who has no time at all for anything. Sonny Narula did everything for me! One visit to see what I was buying and literally five days later all I had to do was pick up the car--and a stellar car it is! From plates, insurance and all the papework, Sonny took care of it. I only got one call from my insurance company and that was to confirm I waspicking the car today. When I got to the dealership, Sonny just gave me a pen and all I had to do was sign the paperwork. After that he took me to the car, asked 'Joe' to give me a wkthru which went great, and I was ready to go inside of an hour!! For me time is everything and I really appreciated Sonny's effort. Sonny even introduced me to ownership and Doug was the best! Genuinely interested in my experience and satisfaction, and appreciative of the crazy way we work in new york city--runiing at 100 miles an hour and boy this dealership addresses that issue in an awesome way. All they do is take care of everything. Pure and simple--made me upset at all the experiences I have had over the years at other dealerships with Infinity, Toyota and GM---this experience was not even close to those---it simple was in another plateau, way up at another level. We are recommending this dealership and Sonny to my colleage/partner who I can almost guarantee will be buying a merceds from Sonny very shortly. I entend my warmest appreciation to Sonny, his boss Steve, and today met Doug the owner--all treated me like I was one of their own. Also, Sonny emphasized, any issue at all should any occur, I don't need to call service, go thru channels, just call Sonny! Means a lot to me as I am a work-a-holic, notm proud it it, but it is what it is, and have no time for most things in my life. So I don' need issues and of course with this S-550, wow, what a car! When other request were made towards warranty on the used vehicle Jonathan from finance was very professional as well as courteous in granting us our wish. Jerry called to let us know the vehicle was ready to be delivered. He even went as far as to offer to pick me up at the train station. After been schooled by Sebene on the various functions of the car, Jerry came out to see me off with my 1st Mercedes Benz. To my surprise the following day I received a call from Jerry checking to see if all was well with the vehicle. I must say our experience with this dealership so far as been a SUPERB one. More

I've had my certified car 6 weeks and it's been in the shop for over four weeks - damaged bumper; Stop - Do not purchase a car from these crooks! I've had my certified car 6 weeks and it's been in the shop for over four weeks - damaged bumper; bent rims; damaged drive axle; fried rotor. Was told they were buying car back. A day later, Mr. Lou Romano emailed and reneged on the agreement but said MB of Brooklyn would pay for damaged rotors - car is at Cary, NC dealership. However, a week later he has not authorized repairs! Most unprofessional, unethical, dishonest dealership I've ever worked with! Last Mercedes I will ever own! Look forward to trading up to a Subaru! More

Leased my first Benz from Sonny and he was great. Took the appropriate amount of time with me, explaining everything throughout the process, and, he delivered what he promised!
