My name is Rose A. I recently brought in my truck for service and was paired with John Denice. I have never been more impressed with service. John made me feel like family. He even offered me a cup of service and was paired with John Denice. I have never been more impressed with service. John made me feel like family. He even offered me a cup of coffee or a bottle of water!!! He took my car and listened to all my concerns and questions. Answered them all to the best of his ability with much patience and even promised to take care of the personal things i had in my car. I was very pleasantly surprised upon my return when John was actually able to have my car fixed within a few hours with an invoice that was at ZERO cost to me!!!! LOL. I also drove away with a cap for the back of my car with your new logo and a cute bag to match!!! John made sure not to leave one stone unturned and i hope he knows it is greatly appreciated!!! I would refer him to all my friends!!! More

I am a very satisfied mercedes benz owner. I take pride in how my car looks. Recently my rim had gotten scratched on curb while parking. I had purchased the tire and rim insurance when I bought the car i in how my car looks. Recently my rim had gotten scratched on curb while parking. I had purchased the tire and rim insurance when I bought the car in July 2012. I wanted to know if the rim could be replaced or fixed. Thus, the reason for bringing it in. It could not be, the insurance did not cover it and the cost would be out of pocket. What I appreciated mostly, is that I received honest counsel from Carol. I really did not need to spend money on a new rim at this time. Lets face it, I live in NY and it could happen again. The damanage to the rim was purely cosmetic to my eye and it really is not that bad. Later, it may be necessary, however it is still an option within my control. Living in NY everyone is out to make money on you and I am sure that I could have been talked into buying another rim, and not given honest counsel. This is small, but huge to me. Honesty in business promotes loyalty! I left feeling better than when I came because you cannot put a price on integrity in business. Carol is a gem and I will continue to buy and service my Mercedes-Benz at the now named Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. I was aware that ownership of the dealership had changed. I was happy to see that the quality of service has not and the personalized touch given me by Carol is still a staple there. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile both outside the checkin area as well as the desk. My service person Carol Morin came to meet me immediately. We spoke, I told her of my time restraints and she assured me I'd be out to get to work on time. I was offered free breakfast and coffee at their cafe where I went to do some work while waiting. The offerings were really great, although I only had coffee. The cafe area was immaculate and newly redecorated. Love it... My car was ready as promised and I was on my way. The entire experience was fabulous.. My service person, Carol, is the best. I always feel the utmost professionalism from her, as well as the feeling of a friend. More
Yesterday I brought my car for service at the Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. Carol, my Service Manager, took care of my car to make sure that it would get to the mechanics as promptly as possible. C Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. Carol, my Service Manager, took care of my car to make sure that it would get to the mechanics as promptly as possible. Carol is the type of Service Manager that makes you feel that you are not only a customer but as a friend as well. She is very profesional and ensures that the mechanics do all they can to please the customer. The repair was only $287.87 and I was very satisfied with the cost of the repair.
