This past Monday, my car was serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn, located at 1800 Shore Parkway and John Denice was my assigned service advisor. While I was there, I was treated like a five-star hotel cus Brooklyn, located at 1800 Shore Parkway and John Denice was my assigned service advisor. While I was there, I was treated like a five-star hotel customer because the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially John Denice. He was very courteous and provided me with excellent service. He even went above and beyond his call of duty and accomodated my difficult situation as best as he could. When I got there that day, there was one other customer that was ahead of me and I was looking at a wait time of approximately half an hour or so, before it was our turn. I had 4 kids with me that day and I was trying to keep them all occupied and entertained while we were waiting for our turn. Upon seeing my situation, and with the permission of the other customer who was ahead of me, John serviced my car first and got us out of there as soon as he could. I was relieved that we did not have to face a long wait and I felt very grateful to John for his act of kindness. Afterwards, John even made sure we thanked the other customer for letting me cut in front of him - for which, I did gladly. Aside from beng friendly and helpful, John was very accomodating and compassionate -- compassionate and effective. He did not just do his job, but he did his job well, because he made sure all his customers are happy and satisfied. In my case, he asserted the situation and made accomodations, but at the same time, making sure all his customers were happy campers. That day, when John finished servicing my car, I gave him a big bear hug because I felt so grateful and appreciative for what he did! I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends who are looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, I would highly recommend them to look for John Denice for service work, because John has a very important trait - and that is a sense of human touch...which is something that customer service staff tend to forget sometimes when they deal with their clients. If all customer service staff did what John did, then I am sure all Mercedes-Benz customers would be jumping up and down gleefully in their seat, just like the way Tom Cruise did when he was being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey and Oprah had asked Tom how he felt about his then-love-of-his-life Katie Holmes. I gave a rating of "Great" because Mercedez-Benz of Brooklyn sincerely cares for their customers. The service advisor I always deal with is Carol Morin. Carol is the "better of the bes Mercedez-Benz of Brooklyn sincerely cares for their customers. The service advisor I always deal with is Carol Morin. Carol is the "better of the best" at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. I've been dealing with her since the days of Sovereign and she has always been extremely professional, courteous, and honest. She has assisted me in dealing with my extended warranty company (not Mercedes) when they were being difficult. She eventually convinced them to cover my claim. Carol went on and beyond to assist me and I'm certain that she does this for all of her clients. As long as I own a Mercedes I will continue to come to Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. The staff is great! I just serviced my car today. A routine service which I was delaying for a long time. From the time I arrived at the Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn to service and consultation with my liaison the experience and was delaying for a long time. I do alway enjoy a professional atmosphere and friendliness of staff. I feel welcome and like at home one there. Service was quick and everything I imagined to be. The guys at MB of Brooklyn, especially John and Steve, have gone above and beyond many, many times for us. I went in for MB scheduled maintenance, and also need an inspection. I have an exceptional situation with my vehicle, since I am leaving my ex and the car is leased in his name. He had refused, through his inspection. I have an exceptional situation with my vehicle, since I am leaving my ex and the car is leased in his name. He had refused, through his lawyer, to maintain the car in any way. I also had a cracked side mirror and most likely needed it to be replaced, in some way, and have the piece checked out. The work was completed correctly and in a very reasonable time frame. Everyone, was helpful and understanding of my situation, rushed to get me in (before the end of the month b/c my inspection was ready to expire) and was polite and very kind. They were able to address all my issues in a timely manner, while my family and I waited for the vehicle. John even came in to the waiting area several times to check in on us and keep us updated. It was great that they also had a nice waiting area, where my parents, daughter and I could relax and keep my little one entertained with TV and their iPads. More
