Explained the service they were going to perform & I asked about what the maintenance costs and scope of work would be not only today, but for the remaining 2 years of my lease and he detailed everything. Now I know exactly what to expect. I still think $249 is one xxxx of an expensive oil change for today but it's a Mercedes, not a Hyundai so i'll be quiet now... However, since it only needs to be serviced once a year guess it's actually pretty good. Free breakfast & Red Bull in the lounge was nice (remember, it's 8am) and I brought the car in filthy from the snow & salt & it was returned cleaned inside & out all within 2 hours. More

What can I say except Thank you for making our experience enjoyable. I Don't know anywhere else where I can call a sales man at 3pm one day and then pick up the exact car I wanted with extra option and maint enjoyable. I Don't know anywhere else where I can call a sales man at 3pm one day and then pick up the exact car I wanted with extra option and maintenance included the next day, with all the paper work done and financing handled in the same day. He is a 5-star salesman. Had a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn dealership. Besides Stephen, had very good experiences with Nick Argos - Delivery Coordinator, and Jonathan Strahl - business manager. This dealership was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The salesmen that helped us was Jerry Petitto. The entire time we were there he repeatedly asked if we needed anything to eat or drink. When we were hungry or thirsty he would get up and get what we wanted from their snack bar. He was not a high pressure salesmen. In all my years dealing with salesmen, I have never met one as professional and courteous as him. The next time I have to buy a vehicle, he is the only person I would deal with. Even after we purchased the vehicle, he occasionally calls us to see how we like the vehicle and if we had any questions or concerns. The dealership is very lucky to have a worker as dedicated as he is. More

I'm a long time MB customer and got my 4 previous cars from this dealership, but unfortunately I will not do it anymore. Today was my last visit. I was talking to Tim Shishko, told him straight forwa cars from this dealership, but unfortunately I will not do it anymore. Today was my last visit. I was talking to Tim Shishko, told him straight forward the deal offer I have from another dealership and asked him if he's going to match this price I will get a car from MB of Brooklyn. He could not match it, which is totally fine. My original deal was for 12K miles a year, so I thought I may have a deal with 10K per year, so the price will be a bit lower. It would be still higher than the other dealership (not much), but I'd take it from Brooklyn because of future convenience. The guy looked at me kind of strange like I'm asking something weird and said - it does not matter how many miles per year - the price will be the same. I think these people getting really spoiled and it's time to teach them, that in internet era majority of customers are well educated to know, that the price of a lease depends on couple factors and one of them is miles per year. If this guy things that he's customer an idiot with no clue about leasing process - I don't wanna deal with him and the dealership he represents. So...bye bye MB of Brooklyn, thanks to Tim Shishko. More
