MB Of Brooklyn I found the c300 in Artic White with the Almond Beige interior I wanted using Autotrader.com. Every other dealer only had the white c300 with a black interior. I was determined to get this car but was unsure of how it was going to be possible. I did not have to do anything but supply documentation, Jerry and Asad made it happen. Together they are like Batman and Robin, a super team. So what are you waiting for? Done reading this review? Worth the trip Stephen and Doug couldn't have made us feel more comfortable and excited about our new Mercedes! Although there was some unexpected error with the inventory system (the car we wanted was sold at other dealer but the system did not update in time), the staffs were willing to work with us and foun inventory system (the car we wanted was sold at other dealer but the system did not update in time), the staffs were willing to work with us and found us another car. I just want to mention my experience of servicing my 2004 s55 amg at mercedes Benz of Brooklyn . I have had my car serviced there since I got it in 09 , and each time I have come out with full satisfaction a s55 amg at mercedes Benz of Brooklyn . I have had my car serviced there since I got it in 09 , and each time I have come out with full satisfaction and it's all been possible cuz of Carol Morin . She has always taken care of my car , answered all my questions, especially since I have an aftermarket extended warranty on my car and let me tell u it's because of her that it always felt like I have bumper to bumper factory warranty on my car :)... Never ever had to deal with warranty company myself .She always took care of everything and is best at her job . I want to thank u Carol because of u my experience of owning a mercedes has been a great one. More

Tom took his time to show me his availability of cars in stock as well as contacted me as soon as a similar one i was looking for became available. In all the transaction went smoothly. They delivered the car at my door step. Overall, great experience. * the only thing i would't suggest is installing the remote starter. I got used to having one for so many years in my previously owed cars and decided to have it in this one as well. However it barely works, I know this service its outsourced so its not the dealerships issue, and they even took my car back once to have that checked out, but still works terribly, waste of money.The old one i had in another car, worked much better for years. I do recommend the dealership however, Tom will bend over backwards to make sure you leave satisfied. More

I owned two Mercedes, and one of them is from this dealer. I purchased my CPO 2008 ML 350 from this dealer, during the time, I had a very pleasant experience with one of their sales rep in terms of wh dealer. I purchased my CPO 2008 ML 350 from this dealer, during the time, I had a very pleasant experience with one of their sales rep in terms of whole buying experience. In addition to the CPO ML purchased, I also purchased $3,260.81 Pre-Owned Extended Limited Warranty along with my car and I thought everything just went smoothly and I even left a very positive reviews for this dealer back then. Boys, was I so wrong!.........I did not find out they screwed me up big time behind the whole transaction. After purchasing the car, I did not use my warranty at all and did not discover the issue until recently. My power lift gate start having problems so I sent my car to the other one of the MB dealer. Then we realized that the Extended Limited Warranty I purchased was never entered into the Mercedes-Benz database. In another words, I paid $3,260.81 for nothing and the warranty was never entered into Extended Warranty system. I want to caution all the potential buyers that this is one of the gray area that dealer can trick you. You could receive all signed paper and documents regarding about extended warranty, and you might think you already purchased the extended warranty from them, but the truth is they may or may not submit the document to the MB company and there is no way that you can find out until years later when you actually need to use the warranty and you realized you you basically pay the money straight to the dealer for nothing. Do not get trick by all the signed documents you received, dealer also need to submit the document into the system. If they did not, then you are out of luck. I actually trust and like this dealer so much, refereed so many of my Chinese American business friends in Flushing, NY travel all the way to Brooklyn, NY to purchase from them. Now I think I need to call them up and caution all of them to watch out the warranty scam and come back to Flushing another more reputable dealership. Just would like to share this experience with all the potential buyers. More
