When making future purchases Lou will be the first person that I will contact. I would also like to thank Asad Basha for his attention to financial detail, making what some consider a daunting process easy to understand and meeting all expectations. I would also like to acknowledge one of the newest members of your team Jay Sumukhan. Jay was great; he has a very high energy level and a sense of urgency to meet customers’ expectations. I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to acknowledge Alfonso Perri. Al is truly an asset to your service team; I am now becoming a long time customer and can always rely on Al to provide the best guidance when it comes to keeping my vehicles in top shape. Figure 15-20 mins after your sched appointment. Picking up car is the same thing! Service: I bought this car not for the price, but for the reputation of quality and customer service. This dealership does not have the later. When I pay for a 21 pt inspection on a "service A" which states: check all tire pressures, I expect that to happen. But I went home and had to put air in 2 tires as per the dash readout. Didn't any of those high school dropout mechanics try that?????? And the inspection: "oh you can just wait for that, it will be done in a short while"...I eventually left, ate breakfast and called and still not ready. Picked it up 4 hrs later, and that was a short while? why not just tell me to come back later that afternoon?? If there was another dealership in close proximity, I'd use them, but I'm stuck! I am not looking forward to my next service, again, it's not the price I'm concerned with, but the customer care really is minimal. Hopefully, by the time my next Benz is purchased, I'll have moved somewhere where they handle customers better, maybe down South, who knows... More

They both worked above and beyond to get this deal done and they did! They are truly a CREDIT to their Industry and more Importantly MERCEDES BENZ OF BROOKLYN. Myself being in Real Estate Sales can appreciate the dedication and hard work it takes to close a deal. I can't say enough about these 2 GENTLEMEN who never took NO for an answer when most people would have given up. I guess that's why they are called PROFESSIONALS! Excited to finally be a part of the Mercedes-Benz family! Terrance Day was the dealer who helped me to lease my 2014 C300, and he was absolutely amazing! I had previously visited this location and spoken to Terrance Day was the dealer who helped me to lease my 2014 C300, and he was absolutely amazing! I had previously visited this location and spoken to another salesperson but didn't feel as though they took me seriously because I am younger than most other clients. Fortunately, I decided to give it another go and I had the pleasure of working with Terrance. He was knowledgable, respectful, and he stuck to the facts. He made me feel like my time was appreciated and he helped me to understand all of the important information about both the vehicle and the financing before I signed on the dotted line. He has a great sense of humor, is very easy-going, and I am definitely letting all of my fellow friends, family, and co-workers know to go see him directly if they are interested in purchasing or leasing a Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, he helped me to take advantage of my company's fleet pricing program (Apple, Inc) so I was able to get the car I wanted and save a bit too! I was very pleased with Terrance's service and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Mercedes-Benz as well as sharing the great experience I had with all of my friends, family, and associates. Personally, he helped make my childhood dream of owning a Mercedes-Benz a dream come true for me, and for that I am truly grateful! Tom Trella was The Reason- We found the exact car we were looking for which as a cpo was not easy. Tom was relentless in finding and selling what we needed at the right price.
