She listens closely to what I had to say about the car and has always been very consistent with making sure I got the best quality work done and I am very appreciative of her being attentive. Then again this morning I had an emergency, she took over, my tyre issue was sorted out with the tyre company while I relaxed in the lounge (where I was able to have a business meeting with one of my associates) while all the details with my cat were taken care of by Carol.
