Service at Mercedes of Brooklyn,,, USE Them ASK FOR ANTHONY! I have to say I never write reviews I don't have time for it as I am a busy physician, I stopped using the MB dealership in Brooklyn Years ago cause t I have to say I never write reviews I don't have time for it as I am a busy physician, I stopped using the MB dealership in Brooklyn Years ago cause there service was terrible and the people there were obnoxious. They would take my car damage it and get parking tickets on it and blame me. In an emergency this week I took my ML550 there and I was treated as a king even without an appointment. The young lady at the desk Debra Scotto, was nice enough to squeeze me in, get me coffee and introduce me to Anthony Incarnato my service advisor. He was amazing. He took care of me, made sure my car was seen and serviced as fast as possible. He kept in touch with me and was even able to get my work done completely on my extended warranty. NOT TOO SHABBY!!! He is amazing . Even SKY the fellow who picked me up in the bad weather to get my car was a pleasure to deal with. All in all the experience was wonderful. I will be using them for all my cars and all my service. I'm thrilled with the new Mercedes of Brooklyn and IM thrilled with Anthony Icarnato. If your are using them ask for him you wont be sorry!!!. If you aren't using them you should be! Warren Wexelman, MD More

Lou Romano I am one not to write reviews but this one is well deserved. I have purchased two vehicles from Mercedez Benz of Brooklyn, an E350 and a GLK 350, Each time I have dealt with Lou Romano. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and posses the "know how" to get you in the car of your choice - a no non-sense kind of guy. When you are in his company, you feel relaxed and focused on the experience. He is there throughout the whole process helping you look for the perfect fit vehicle making sure the right balance is struck. I cannot be happier with my purchases and the experiene I received from Lou. I highly recommend him. More

First time I brought my 1 month old vehicle with kind of unusual sound from the engine compartment, they kept it for a 3 days and released it with the status – unable to confirm. Second time, brought car with the climate control problem – returned vehicle after 4 days – status “checked, no problems found” – 4 Days! And the same story happens every time – replacing a light bulb – 2 days! Looks like because the car is under the manufacture warranty, they are charging Mercedes manufacture not for the repair – just for the time in service! More

Tried selling a repainted $138,000 S550 coupe as new. Stopped by to have a look at the new S Class Coupe I'm considering. Saw a beautiful S 550 parked right outside as soon as I came in. Upon closer look Stopped by to have a look at the new S Class Coupe I'm considering. Saw a beautiful S 550 parked right outside as soon as I came in. Upon closer look the car had a really bad case of orange peel on the paint and was obviously repainted looking at the panel reflections from the side. Some body panels were poorly lined up as well and one of the wheel arches had seam filler that was poorly placed. Having painted a few cars in my time it is pretty easy for me to spot a repaint. A Salesman came out and I asked him if the car was repainted. He insisted the car was brand new. I started pointing out obvious details to him but he still refused to admit. Another interested customer was standing near by and obviously saw the same defects I saw, questioning the sales man. Sales man still insisted the car was brand new and not repainted. At which point he arrogantly and rudely implied to the other customers "come on, one guy sees something and all of a sudden the car is repainted?" After which point he came up to me and rudely insisted on a wager. To his surprise I agreed. I have a paint thickness gauge that measures the thickness of the paint. It's a tool I frequently used in my hot rodding hobby, painting cars and color sanding without burning through the clear. I brought it down to the dealership and presented it to the arrogant sales man that insisted the car was brand new. We put it on the paint and the thickness registered anywhere from 9.5 to 11 mills. An obvious repaint job. Steel panels on factory finished german cars typically register from 4 to 5 mills and aluminum body panels from 6 to 7. He asked to put the paint gauge on a different S Class Coupe and I did. That car was obviously factory painted and appropriately registered from 6.1 to 6.9 mills, being the body is mostly aluminum. Still the salesman denied the previous car had a repaint and preceded to make a fool of himself stating it had special order paint. I had a previous bad experience at this dealership and stopped by to see if anything might have changed over the years. Instead things got worse. Much worse. Inside I heard nothing but profanities from the sales people talking to and about their customers. I really don't understand why people shop here. Yes, it's Brooklyn's only Mercedes dealer. But still just outside the borough are plenty of good honest dealers. Behind the glitzy facade, this place is just typical Brooklyn fare. If you want to over pay thousands, by all means go to this place. If you want to buy a repainted car and pay brand new car MSRP and then some. By all means, be my guest. This will be the last stop for me. More
