Looking around I was a bit nervous, I had a game plan in mind where I wasn't going to let anyone confuse me and have me buying something didn't want. Then here comes Nick Argos, with the friendliest welcome which made me feel at ease, dealing with Nick I threw my game plan out the window because I was comfortable enough and the experience was by far the best customer service I ever had, I had some credit issues and I thought to myself that it was over and that my dreams of getting that benz was just a dream and that I would never step foot at mb of brooklyn again. Couple days later Nick called me explained to me in detail on a way I can drive away with a car in my situation gave me alternatives and from there I was sold. I thought he had gave up on me and I thought I wasted his time, but he was there working diligently and the rest is history. Until this this I wonder what if it was someone else and not Nick. I praise Nick Argos for treating me like a friend more then just a customer. He is truely the glue at that dealership because of him he brings everything together and I highly recommend anyone to ask for him when it comes to purchasing a car. Overall he is a very hard worker. And thank you Asad the finance manager for doing what you do best. More
