I have contacted Mercedes USA to assist me only to find out that they don't honestly care too much either. I was informed by Mercedes Case Mgmt that his wife has the same care and that she does not have any problems. How does this apply to me? Why don't you give your wife my car? I asked them several times what my options are and what it is that they could do to assist me and was just told "there is not much you can do." They will kiss your a** to get you to get a car with them but once that is said and done, and your are honestly having problems you would think that they would go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Should have just gone with Infiniti or Lexus. More
