Luckily, I was assisted by Carol Morin, who made me feel warmly welcome. Carol made me feel instantly at ease, thoroughly explained the service process, and followed up with me after I left. I have been a customer of this dealership in its various iterations ,since 1983. I expect quality service. But the "human touch" is what distinguishes the exceptional from the expected.
