Yelena Schlager (Russian speaking) was the sales person I worked with, she was very professional and I really felt she was doing the best she possible could to accommodate everything I needed on an S560 Chris helped explain all the technological features of the S560. His knowledge of the car inside and out is exceptional. Martin Hall is by far the best General Manager I have had the pleasure working with in Mercedes. If my next car is to be a Mercedes, then Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn will most definitely be the dealership I go to. More

Upon arrival Jason was ready for me and ushered me through the whole process keeping me abreast of each step. This will probably be my first of many cars I buy from him. To walk me through the features of the car, Chris did an excellent job explaining and answering my questions and better prepared me for my experience for the ride home.
