Rob and the entire staff at MB of Brooklyn were exceptional! I have been searching for a car at least 3 months or more. It’s been so hard to have a dealership understand what I was looking for without always wan I have been searching for a car at least 3 months or more. It’s been so hard to have a dealership understand what I was looking for without always wanting me to pay more and to settle for less options. I was choosing between the Audi Q3 quattro, BMW X1 DX but when I drove the MB GLA 250 4Matic, I knew this car was for me... unbelievable drive and pure luxury! Fantastic Due to a sudden incident that caused my vehicle to be hit, I was in need of immediate assistance. I was very upset and panicking because I knew I woul Due to a sudden incident that caused my vehicle to be hit, I was in need of immediate assistance. I was very upset and panicking because I knew I would have to pay a lot of money out of pocket to fix my vehicle. After spending just a few minutes thinking hard I knew exactly what to do. I called one of the greatest working people at Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn “Diana Chuisano”. I explained to Diana my situation and immediately she offered assistance. She said she will contact her service manager “Patrick Muhler” and would give me a call right back. She assured that he would do his best. While awaiting the phone call I still persisted to panic. I just knew I would hear terrible news referring to the amount of money I would have to pay. I received a call shortly after and Diana told me her service manager Patrick wanted me to bring the vehicle in ASAP, so he can see what he can do. Although I thought the worse and explained to them the Severity of the damage, it was then mentioned to me not to worry and that I would be surprised what help could be offered. I bought the vehicle on the following Day and met with Bin Chen, who was extremely courteous. He greeted me right away and began listening to my worries. He listened carefully and repeated everything back to me the way I described as the reason for my service visit. He also assured me they will do their best. Throughout my stay at the service center, Bin and Diana checked in with me on several occasions to update me on the status of my repair and also to assure I was ok. They offered me a loaner vehicle, in which I received within minutes time. My vehicle was expected to be held a little longer because of the particular part that may not have been in stock. But I was updated that my vehicle would be returned to me within 24hours time. The service manager worked his magic to receive all parts within the original mentioned time. Referring back to the amount I thought I was going to pay I didn’t. Because Diana took the time to contact her service manager and him being able to assist me. I paid a price nowhere near what I thought. They fix my vehicle and it’s looks Great, as if nothing ever happened. I am so grateful for the assistance of Bin, Diana, and the Service Manager Patrick. I am forever thankful for Diana because she works in sales and the reason for my visit was for service. She did everything she could do to make sure I was being taken care of. She is a great person. Definitely a great worker. She didn’t have to take the time out of her busy work life to assist me with a matter that I already have someone assigned to “Bin”. Again job well done to staff at MB of Brooklyn I received another awesome experience with you all. I look forward to receiving awesome service upon my next service appointment. More
