Jerry Petitto - Honest, straight forward and knowledgeable I found a car that meet all my requirements on-line at a price that was below market value. My concern was that I live 350 miles away and that once I I found a car that meet all my requirements on-line at a price that was below market value. My concern was that I live 350 miles away and that once I got there I would have no negotiating leverage relative to my existing car. After talking with Jerry and framing up our deal, I took a chance and drove to Brooklyn hoping there were no "surprises". There were none! And I could not have been happier with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service I received from Mr. Petitto and the rest of the staff and even the Financial Manger. No hard pressure up sales once I shared I was not in need of those services. Overall terrific experience. If you are in the market, do not rule out taking the day and driving to this dealership as the end result is well worth it More

Pre-Owned A word of caution Just before Christmas my car quit on me and I needed a car fast to be able to get to WPa and other places over the holidays. I researched several sit Just before Christmas my car quit on me and I needed a car fast to be able to get to WPa and other places over the holidays. I researched several sites looking for a car that would fit requirements and budget. The best one was a Camry at Mercedes Benz and I was glad because I believed the quality and pride of service would be best there. I also had expectation of what a dealership does to prep the pre-owned car since this is the third pre-owned car I have purchased (the other 2 were Fords from large dealership and small independent). I saw no reason not to expect the same if not better from Mercedes. The Tire Sensor started blinking the day after I purchased the car -- but I had to get on the road - once I arrived at my parents in WPa - I attempted to balance the air in the tires but the light didn't go out. I was told by others the cold can be a cause so I decided to wait until things warmed up. The light didn't go off and it would not reset. On that snowy ride to WPa, I discovered the car has no windshield wiper fluid. Odd and annoying but ok not a big deal. I took a road trip in mid-February to southern Va and on the return trip the Maintenance Required light came on. So now I have 2 lights on - take it to my mechanic before my next road trip and the result is: - 2 tire sensors require new batteries - the oil needs changed (something that had always been done on the pre-owned cars I'd purchased before) - the air cabin filter needed replaced I was relieved to know the tires and brakes were fine. I had emailed the sales rep about the Tire Sensor and asked about bringing it back in to be checked. I never got a reply to that and honestly the dealership is subway and bus away so the schlep didn't seem worth it. Look I love the Camry but when you get new car even a pre-owned one these are not what you expect within 2 months. I'll never assume again. This car had been on the lot for over a month so it not like there wasn't time to take care of these things. Just goes to show the dealership brand doesn't mean quality. More
