From disappointment to praise. My service advisor, Marian Luke, had the difficult task of advising upon my arrival that my car inspection could not take place because the dealership My service advisor, Marian Luke, had the difficult task of advising upon my arrival that my car inspection could not take place because the dealership was out of stickers. This was very upsetting as I had arranged my work schedule to accommodate the confirmed 8:00 am appointment. I had also wanted to inquire about having a damaged tail light replaced. Ms. Luke immediately took charge of the situation. She contacted the parts department, inquired about the availability of the part, and quickly scheduled the repair once she was told the part was in stock. Ms. Luke discussed with me the cost and approximately time for the repair. She said I could have the car "taken care of right now, if you wish." I happily agreed. Throughout the experience Ms. Luke was professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding. She exemplifies why I purchased a Mercedes Benz in the first place. I greatly appreciated her help. Compliments to MB for having such a wonderful staff. More
