A TRUE GENTLEMAN The salesman s name was Jason Revere and he was the most well equipped salesman I have ever worked with. He new the product backwards and forwards. Aside from his knowledge and friendly personality he spent a lot of time explaining the operation of the car AFTER I made the purchase.Now all of this sounds great in a review ,but the most important thing to people purchasing a car is price.He gave me a price and said shop it around you wont be able to beat it and he was right.Thats confidence, I went to a new jersey dealership and they said the price had to be wrong and that when I go to make the deal the salesman would find a way to change the price.I purchased the car the next day and Jason did NOT try to change the price, however he did joke about charging me a $1.00 for a cup of coffee.[it was on the house]. thanks Jason I will see you when I'm ready for my wife new car next year. Courteous, streamlined, professional, and stress free. Beginning and ending with Christine Pulice and to the gentlemen picking up and returning my car, the entire process was made quick and easy. Christine organized and managed the entire pickup and delivery, and was extremely helpful answering all my questions. She was also able to schedule it in a way that was most accommodating to me. To me, she was the MVP as she coordinated all of the moving parts of the process. Excellent interaction with her. Ozzy and Alper were very courteous when picking up and dropping off my car. They addressed me in a very professional manner and they both carried a well mannered demeanor. Excellent experience with them both. More
Terrible sales and customer service I bought a car from this dealership on 2/18/2019 and the salesman who helped us was David Anderson. We arrived to the dealership at 2:30pm and did not I bought a car from this dealership on 2/18/2019 and the salesman who helped us was David Anderson. We arrived to the dealership at 2:30pm and did not leave until 6:45pm due to DMV paper work as they claimed part of the reason for the delay. During the whole process, I addressed some of concerns about the vehicle that needed details attention and that stain on wisors and steering wheel column. They took the car in for detailing and we were under the assumption that those issue were resolved. We drove home and the next day I noticed the stains were not cleaned and some other issue such as there a gap between the trim side panel and the car, there was a big scratched or dent in the rear bumper which was not there when I inspected the car and among other missing items from the car. I called Mr. Anderson numerous of time and addressed my concerns and was informed that he will get back to me with some answers. A few days going by I didn’t get a phone calll back from him or the dealership regarding my concerns. I then received an I completed DMV paper work that requesting for my signatures which I did not sign because I don’t know what I am signing. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and their professionalism. If I can do this all over again, I would not buy from this dealership because of their poor customer service and not very professional. When I mentioned my concern with.Mr. Anderson , he replied the car is selling “as is”;however it was listed as CPO. If the car is selling “as is” I would take my chance and can get a much better pricing for the same car at another dealership. Enclosed are some of the pictures for your review. More
