Never,never again i took my s550 benz in for service, and recieved a loaner. I told them I need a new axle they told me the price was 2982 for the axle and the job. The i took my s550 benz in for service, and recieved a loaner. I told them I need a new axle they told me the price was 2982 for the axle and the job. Then they added a extra 731 for diagnostic fee. I never went to a dealership and have to pay them to look at something I told them I need to change. And their rate is 179 hour so it took 4 hours to see I needed a new axle. And i came in telling her i needed a axle and she ask me why i say that. I told her the noice I was hearing. Also I went out the country and left the car in front of my house. They text me at 10am for the credit card for payment. by 1130am they came and pick up the car. Christaina Pulica told "I cant leave the country wit the car." I told her " I can not go to canyon islands with the car" they came and took the car without text, call anything. Never heard of this before? I could not believe this. I deal with Silver star benz all the time, never had any problems. I only went there because they had a loaner sooner. I wanted to job done before I went on vacation. Christaina Pulica was completely lost and lies about what was explained to me. I was completely done with them. I just took my car back which was missing bolts payed the $731 for them to tell me what I told them was wrong with my car from the start. needless to say I will never go back there again. I will advice anyone not to go there. This is my 4th S550 benz. Fyi Christaina Pulica is not someone who should be working there, not sure if shes new. But you can do better .Im sorry Silver star I shouldve just waited and went over there. NEVER, NEVER,NEVER AGAIN More
