My GLE 350 I called Phil to tell him of my totaled E350. He was more concerned with my well being than anything else. We spoke of a CPO Gle and he was so helpful I called Phil to tell him of my totaled E350. He was more concerned with my well being than anything else. We spoke of a CPO Gle and he was so helpful in helping me with sales person Dawn and finance Al! Al informed me that he made sure I had GAP from the E350 and was ok on that front. Phil and Dawn took care of all the rest and made my transaction flawless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MB OF BK! More

AVOID AT ALL COST if i could give a review lower than a 1 star i would. the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. i can spend hours upon hours about the issues that i if i could give a review lower than a 1 star i would. the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. i can spend hours upon hours about the issues that i have had with mercedes but to sum it up, there is a LIFE-THREATENING issue with my car which is NOT being solved. the car is a brand new 2019 vehicle that i have for a couple months and 3 times the car just shut down WHILE DRIVING. i brought it in for servicing 3 times. first time they claimed to have solved the issue. that wasnt the case. the second time i brouhgt it in, they said that i "made up the issue" becuase they werent able to find a problem. the THIRD time it happened, they didnt beleive me until i showed them a video of it happening. they said " we cant find the problem but maybe if we replace a part, it might fix it. but we cant guarantee." my biggest issue is they REFUSE to take the car back and switch it. i even offered to take a more expensive car in return! but was denied. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! There are other luxury brand vehicles that actually care about the customers. MERCEDES IS NOT ONE OF THEM More
