Inpection and Maintenance I work nights and went to the dealer to do my maintenance and expected some type of small snack for the time I was going to be there but I only found I work nights and went to the dealer to do my maintenance and expected some type of small snack for the time I was going to be there but I only found liquid / coffee and water so I had to walk to the main road to had some food in a Dinner it was a long walk plus they didn't have a vehicle so I can use for the period of time I was going to wait.Finally my bill $ 2,498 service was excellent but courtesy was poor. I was looking for a birthday surprise gifts for my lovely wife. Salesman lu neug approached us with a warm welcome. Slightly disappointed My windshield wiper blades were installed incorrectly which caused a slight scrape on the window and the frame. They were actually switched between the left and the right. If that small detail is overlooked, it kind of makes you wonder if something else was overlooked as well after the annual service was performed. So far, no other issues have surfaced. Hopefully, they will not. It’s just something that one wouldn’t expect from Mercedes Benz. On the positive note, the service was speedy and informative. More
