Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. An expensive item of mines got missing while my car was in service. A technician manager drove my car to check a squeaky noise my car had, while on the test drive he flew over a speed bump, and scrapped the front bumper lip. They then repaired only 50% of it. I had to protest a second time to get it repaired 100%. I had previously brought the car in to fix a panel under the car that was scrapping the street. They never said anything to me, if they fixed it, if they didn't, it's like I took the car in for the xxxx of it. They didn't even have a service report for it. An employee there, Erika Pineda, had sent me an email, you know one of those emails where I get the chance to give nay feedback I'd like. I replied to the email with my concerns and yet never got a call or a reply back. I basically got ignored. So with all this being said, in MY experience their costumer service and professionalism is really below average. Be aware of this place, I might sound like I'm complaining a lot but this is base on my horrible experience with them. Although there are a lot of 5 stars ratings here it's not always the fair truth. I don't tend to give this type of feedback or any feedback at all, but, I just had to this time. More

Once I arrived to Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston in Somerville, I was blown away by their customer service, knowledge and treatment of their customers. From the valet to Paul who was my service advisor, to their mechanics, the rental agent, the guy (Manny) who was so knowledgeable about my car and super courteous to deliver my car to my address. I cannot say more positive things about this dealership. They treat you well when you’re buying a car but the good thing is they continue to treat you well when you come for service as well. Definitely my next car will be no place else but Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston in Somerville. More
