Relatively less painful to buy a car here than at most dealerships. Large service department so there's a bit of red tape, but the quality of service is excellent - expensive compared to an independent s dealerships. There's a tendency for the service writer to try to sell an extra service of some sort, and sometime they succeed, which I later regret. But that's my fault, not theirs. I had an appointment with Patrick to have an oil change done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust.
