I had an appointment with Patrick to have an oil change done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust. Patrick worked with me extensively to done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust. Patrick worked with me extensively to make sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Due to supply issues and parts shortages the repair took longer than anticipated but Patrick kept me updated continuously throughout. Would highly recommend working with Patrick at MB of Boston as their customer service is unrivaled. More
