I finally asked Mercedes-Benz of Boston to replace the 3-cylinder engine in my 2009 Smart Car ForTwo, after about 120,000 miles. I contacted the service manager that I had worked with for 15 years, and he put me in touch with MB roadside assistance. After about a week, I received an estimate for engine replacement and other things that should be replaced while the engine was out. The transmission, clutch and AC compressor were also replaced. The car now drives like it did 15 years ago. The service manager did a great job attending to the details that make the car seem young again. I am very happy to be able to keep driving the Smart Car. More

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, particularly when purchasing a new 2025 Mercedes G63 AMG. Initially, we agreed on a selling price with management team, and Mercedes-Benz of Boston, particularly when purchasing a new 2025 Mercedes G63 AMG. Initially, we agreed on a selling price with management team, and I secured financing based on that agreement. However, once I was ready to finalize the deal, the dealership unexpectedly added extra fees, which were never disclosed upfront. The management team, specifically Omar and GSM Chadi, handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Rather than addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and Omar specifically made derogatory comments, including “I don’t like you, and I don’t want to sell the car to you.” Such treatment is completely unacceptable to anybody, and I am now considering legal action for the blatant discrimination and mistreatment I experienced. The derogatory comments left me feeling disrespected. This dealership appears to prioritize profit over customer service, especially when dealing with high-end vehicles like the G-Wagon. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Boston, especially if you value transparency, professionalism, and respectful treatment as a customer. More
