I came in with the intention of just browsing as I had almost decided to buy a car from a competitor. We met Will in the showroom who had a smile and described the features E class Mercedes Benz in detail almost decided to buy a car from a competitor. We went on a test drive which was very informative as Will chose roads that would be similiar to my daily commute. I really enjoyed the ride and the electronic features of the new E class. The financing options were favorable but we still had a few budgetary constraints. Will quickly realized this issue and asked his General manager to go over the financing and simplify the numbers for us. He (Jeff Davis) gave us a fair price for our trade as well. I asked them that if it was OK for me to go home and think about it a bit more. I was surprised that they did not put pressure on me to make the deal right away. After going home, I did the numbers for the E class and the competition and felt that the E class had a very fair deal as several options in the competition were standard in the MB. Finally, at check out we interacted with Sami who exlpained our insurance and warranty options in great detail. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I recommend this dealer without any hesitation. More

I had the great pleasure of working with Thomas Parker who was my salesperson. He was as good as they get. He went out of his way to make the purchase as simple as possible. Thomas still calls, one year later, to make sure that my wife and I are happy with our vehicle. Just recently, we had a flat tire and realized that a air pump that was supposed to be in with our spare was not there. A simple phone call to Thomas and we had our pump the same day. I have just my received my car back from service and that was just as remarkable as my salesman. Chambers Motorcars scheduled a convenient time to come to my home and not only pickup my car but dropped off a loaner for our use, Wow! Great job Chambers Motorcars and Thomas Parker. More
