This is the 4th vehicle I have purchase from Herb Chambers Mercedes of Boston. Although this was the first time I have worked with Gina she lived up to everything I have come to expect from Herb Cham Chambers Mercedes of Boston. From the moment I inquired thru email to Mercedes Benz of Boston my experience was fantastic. I received a return phone call soon after saying that they would be glad to help us and set up an appointment fo Boston my experience was fantastic. Now, we had visited a Toyota Dealership (not Herb Chambers) the prior Sunday for 5 hours. We when decided not to sign the paperwork the salesperson was frustrated and decided we were no longer important to him. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted right away and introduced to Gina. She was very personable. She made us feel like she had all the time in world for us. Gina was very encouraging. We have never owned a Mercedes and honestly thought that it may be out of reach for us. She told us that we would be able to buy a Mercedes and not to worry. She took us on a test drive and my husband was in love! Gina sat in back with our 6 year old son and he loved it. He told me later she is pretty. Once we established the car and price we waited patiently to hear from her regarding the financing. She kept in touch with via her personal text to let us know how it was going. Even when there was no answer yet, she still replied. I want to also add that AJ in finance is the most non pressure person I have ever experienced in the car buying business. I have purchased many Honda's and have never been treated so kindly by the finance office. Even though we did not buy the $250,000.00 Mercedes, he made us feel like we did. I would request to deal with him again. Once we knew we were getting this car, Gina was just as excited for us as we were. The car was brought in from another state and we knew every step of the way when it would arrive. When we went to pick up the car it was inside and looked beautiful! The service staff was super friendly. They introduced themselves and told us if we need anything do not hesitate to call. Gina went thru every option in the car. She knows her product! You can tell she takes pride in Mercedes. So, this has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone who wants to purchase a Mercedes. This is my second ML350 that I purchased at Mercedes –Benz of Boston. All aspects of the sale went of as planned. The vehicle was ordered to my exact specification which meant that I would only be paying for the options I really wanted. The vehicle arrived exactly at the estimated delivery date and I received excellent pricing. My ride to the dealership fell through at the last minute and Gina quickly offered to pick me up at my home, brought me to the dealer and did a very through job demonstrating the vehicle and all the options right down to syncing my cell phone to the cars system. I will soon be returning for an additional vehicle for the family. More

I spoke to Gina on the phone and was made to feel very comfortable immediately. As the owner of a business that focuses on sales, I expected to meet the usual sales pitch when I met Gina. To my surprise, Gina was the total opposite. She was very authentic, sincere, patient and very prompt in responding to any question I had. She helped me select a vehicle that I love everything about. I've reveived nothing but compliments since I got my Benz. My entire experience with Gina has been great since I walked into the dealership in Sommerville. I can assure you as long as Gina is at the Sommerville location, I'll always be a customer of Herb Chambers Mercedes. Since I was busy, my wife actually contacted Gina for me and set up the test drive at Flagship in Lynnfield. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to the most professional, courteous and informative sales experience in my life (and I'm old). I knew when I left the showroom I would lease a similar car. Things then proceeded to get better. Gina, who works in the Somerville office, first drove the car I would eventually lease to our home in Marblehead for another test drive, then agreed to meet me at the dealership where I turned in my previous lease. Her explanation of the car's electronics and other features borders on the astounding. Too much to absorb at once, but she is available anytime for refreshers.
