I test drove several cars in all entry luxury class (mercedes, bmw, audi, lexus) and went to five dealerships before ending at Mercedes Benz of Boston. Not only did I love the mercedes more as a car, Thomas was the individual dealer (of all that I met with) that left me wanting him to get the commission. I specifically LEFT the Lexus dealer in Sharon because it was such a bad experience and the sales manager was so terrible and smarmy. Thomas didn't "sell" me the car he let me experience it. He showed interest in showing me the aspects of the car I cared about (the flashy gizmos) and didn't try and upsell features I didn't want or need. We had a fair and straightforward negotiation and I didn't feel swindled. I had to wait for the car because I wanted a very specific color combination and he was calm throughout the waiting process and kept me informed -- even though a few times I got really upset. He made it clear throughout that I wasn't committed and that if I didn't like the car, I didn't have to buy it. I never felt pushed our prodded or manipulated and I really found it to be a good experience. The day I came to pick up the car he spent two hours going over every feature to make sure I understood how the car worked. Most importantly, he hasn't disappeared since I made the purchase. He's checked in, and is still helping answer questions. More

I met Gina when I came into the Mercedes Benz dealership and the experience I received was extrodinary. I had not purchased a car for 6 years and Gina explained the specs of the car and its functionality f and the experience I received was extrodinary. My job had taken me to California and Gina went out of her way to make sure that the paperwork was completed quickly and worked with the car insurance company and the DMV to get all the paperwork expidited. There were times where I was not able to get a hold of Gina and the other sales representatives were quick to follow up with me and relay all the information to Gina for her to follow up with me. The main reason I bought the car was the 5 star service that Gina provided me, as well as going out of her way to make my busy life easier. I love the car and love the follow up messages and emails I get from Gina to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I totally recommend the dealership and working with Gina if anyone is interested in buying another car. My experience with the dealership was so positive that I recommended my parents to visit Gina and they had a very similiar experience. No one in my family had driven a Mercedes Benz before and now Gina has become our go to person for car purchases. More

The car had arrived at the dealer only a few days prior (used) and while she wasn't as familiar with the car details she took the time to get up to speed. We both recognized that the car was going to move quickly out of the inventory and she made every effort to ensure we didn't lose the car and we had the needed information. She has great communication skills and works to be sure her clients have what they need and works behind the scenes at the dealership to ensure her customers have an outstanding experience. The service team was outstanding as well. We had a few issues once we took ownership and they were great in resolving them and ensuring our complete satisfaction. Gina is a professional in the truest sense of the word. I bought a new E350 Sport from NJ for my parents who live near Boston. My parents had a very specific (and rare) color combo that they were not willing to change and Gina was able to locate the perfect car and have it shipped to Boston in days. When my parents picked up the car, Gina spent quite some time helping them learn all the features. They are a bit afraid of technology, but Gina was able to put them at ease and even offered to come to their home to go through any features they had questions on.
