Great experience! My wife and I weren't exactly sure what we wanted. Paolo did a great job explaining features to us thoroughly the CLA and the C300 we looked at; test drove too of course. It ended up we weren't too excited about the sedans pretty similar to my IS 250. We then saw a preowned mini cooper S parking at the corner and my wife just felt into the look of it. Paolo offered us a test drive and we loved the driving experience of this 181hp petite coupe. We wanted to take a night or so to do a bit research on the car as we didn't plan to get a mini - Great thing that Paolo wasn't pushy at all but to offer kind opinions and time so we could think it over. When it comes to trade-in, we think we got a really good trade-in value out of our 08 honda civic. We would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Boston to anyone looking for a Mercedes. I personally like the sales Paolo Castro a lot comparing to all the car purchase experience I had this is absolutely the best ever. More
