He asked me a lot of questions about my needs and definitely had my best interest in mind. He help me make the decision process easy and we saved a significant amount of money in the build out by sticking to the items that made the most sense for my life. He even delivered the vehicle to my vacation area as the new car was delivered to their dealership by the trucking company several days later than expected. Alex was a delight to deal with and his level of professionalism skill are unmatched in my history of buying vehicles. On a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Georgina and scheduled our first stop at Herb Chambers Mercedes. I didn't expect it to be our last stop as well but I quickly realized there was no better person than Georgina to help my parents lease their first Mercedes. She worked with my mom for what felt like hours explaining each and every feature, color, body style, option etc. until she was 100% happy with the vehicle that she would be getting. Then, she worked with my dad on the monthly payment, the residual, and all of the leasing and financing details until he was truly content with us having gotten a great deal. To top it off, when the car came in, she delivered it all the way to my mom's office and gave her an hour long tutorial on all the bells and whistles that come with the new E-class all while maintaining a pleasant and helpful demeanor. Working with Georgina, we came away with a customer service experience not typical of traditional car buying. She made the whole process very easy, stress-free and even enjoyable. We found our 7th Chrysler minivan at Mercedes Benz of Boston, of all places! Their Autotrader ad described exactly what we were looking for. Keith and Chris worked with us to come up with a deal we were happy with, and agreed to fix a few things on an otherwise gorgeous van. Then, disaster! Stuff does happen to the best of us. As a result, the van needed a "heart transplant". Chris, and his boss, Jeff, agreed to restore the van we wanted to good health, and thanks to the M-B service department, with a little help from Herb Chambers Chrysler in Danvers, they did it! Bo helped me a lot getting a great deal, she got me great numbers from the manager which I had no trouble signing. There were a few documents required for leasing and she spent 3-4 hours with me working to get things approved and rolling. She is still helping me getting the car registered in a different state as I will be using it there mostly. She is a great dealer, gives you very reasonable numbers right away and make sure that you feel comfortable! I highly recommend her. More

Rave review I would like to begin by saying that I had no intention of leasing another Mercedes Benz as the lease on my 2011 came to an end. Although I was extrem I would like to begin by saying that I had no intention of leasing another Mercedes Benz as the lease on my 2011 came to an end. Although I was extremely happy with the car, and with the excellent level of customer service at Mercedes Benz of Boston, I did not believe that a deal would be possible based on the numbers posted at the MBNA web site. Follow up calls and negotiations with Mercedes Benz of Boston confirmed this assumption, and as May 30 approached, I prepared to purchase a lower-priced vehicle from another dealer. Enter Paolo Castro. From the first conversation, it became apparent that Paolo was completely committed to making a deal happen, and the more I rejected his proposals, the harder he worked on a deal. At one point I emailed him and plainly stated that I was not a buyer at the proposed price point; it was then that he asked for one final call, which is when a deal began to appear likely. During the final week of the month we had several phone conversations, which resulted in more specific negotiations regarding model, options and of course, price. Yesterday I took delivery of a 2014 ML350, and I could not be happier with the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Paolo, recommend him with enthusiasm, and look forward to dealing with him again in the future. More

We were immediately greeted by Sales & Leasing Consultant Yutong Bo, and within under an hour we had leased a new car and were ready to pick it up the next day! Bo was so professional and easy to work with. As a woman, I've been talked down to by salesmen at other dealerships and also felt like I've had my valuable time wasted, but Bo made everything happen quickly and smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. When we came to pick up the car the next evening, she was happy to spend the time to show us all the features and make sure we were comfortable and happy. I was also really impressed with the service department when we drove in and out. I would recommend that anyone interested in a Mercedes-Benz visit this dealership and ask for Bo. More

In the end, I was hoping to have some fees waived for turning in my lease early and hesitated to make a deal and then, in the end, decided to purchase an Infiniti from Herb Chambers.
