He never kept me waiting whether we had an appointment or not. When we had a scheduled test drive, the car was clean and ready to drive. He made sure every detail was perfect. He seems very genuine -the total package, I would definitely buy another car from him and recommend him to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

Great service and wonderful experience I bought my CLA 250 edition 1 with great help from alex fine. He is excellent, friendly and caring. I live in Wellesley and it is really inconvenient I bought my CLA 250 edition 1 with great help from alex fine. He is excellent, friendly and caring. I live in Wellesley and it is really inconvenient for me to go anywhere without a car. Alex drove 30 mins all the way to pick me up and take me to their dealer places a couple times . He is always willing to share his great knowledge about cars, which is a great lesson for me. And he really takes care of his customers. He gave me a test drive of CLA250 the first time I walked into their shops, and showed me all different options of CLA they have (not in papers or computer screen, but in their inventory place!) Alex is straight forward that he never hide any information from me, while he is also really reasonable by the time we were negotiating on the final price. Next time when someone (probably myself) is thinking of getting a new Benz, I'll definitely recommend them to go to Alex. I would say that Herb Chambers should feel really lucky for having alex in their team! More

He went out of his way to refer me to the right people as I was test driving cars and I would absolutely recommend him and this dealer if you are purchasing a Mercedes. I ultimately decided on another brand that seemed a slightly better fit, but I do plan on buying a Mercedes next time and I guarantee it will be from this dealer and hopefully from Rob if he is still there.
