Thanh Nguyen was our contact, and was extremely helpful, informative, and patient with us. We came in with a lot of questions and weren't really sure which model car was the right one for us. Thanh spent a lot of time with us, patiently showed us a number of vehicles, and adjusted his schedule to accommodate us (one time staying late, and another time coming in on his day off to meet with us). In the end, we ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere, but only because the right vehicle popped up randomly. We would have liked to have things work out to buy from Thanh. We never felt pressured dealing with him, and yet he was proactive when he needed to be. Just the right balance of active follow up without heavy pressure. Would definitely recommend Thanh and will refer others to him. UPDATED REVIEW 11/16/14: The other car ended up having some previous damage that we hadn't been fully made aware of, and we ended up cancelling that transaction at the other shop. Thanh was our first call after this, and he quickly found an ML350 that was perfect for us, and we ended up buying it from him after all. Excellent experience all around. More
