Great experience! I visited the Boston office to check out the C300 and the GLA. We test drove two vehicles and that was extremely important to arrive to a decision. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly , patient! I made up my mind overnight and the next day he was expecting us to make the final decision for color and features. He searched for the cars that were available immediately with my preferences. After I made the final decision the paperwork took less than an hour. Alex walked us through the process and follow up by email and phone to make sure I could have the car by the weekend, including dealing with the insurance. It was great to work with Alex and I would highly recommend working with him! More

I honestly can't recall an instance of purchasing a major item in which the process went as smoothly and pleasantly as this one. Jasper was on top of each and every issue from start to finish, and in some cases anticipated and resolved important matters before we ourselves realized their significance. My wife and I had a very specific list of preferences and objectives in making this purchase and in each instance Jasper devoted his full energies to promptly addressing each of them in turn. No issue, regardless of size or significance, fell though the cracks, and throughout he was focused, upbeat, and eminently professional. The bottom line is that as a result of our experience we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him, or from MB of Boston, and would also recommend this dealership to close friends and acquaintances without qualification. A Great Sales Professional - Georgina Stavropoulos We had been looking at the Mercedes GLK for 2015 after driving the 2010 Model .My wife loves the vehicle .After a call to sales we booked an appointme We had been looking at the Mercedes GLK for 2015 after driving the 2010 Model .My wife loves the vehicle .After a call to sales we booked an appointment with Georgina Stavropoulis .Our plan was to trade-in the 2010 but we were also considering moving to a 2015 model for our other vehicle .We met Georgina , test drove the new car , had our 2010 appraised and left with a positive experience . The selection of options and colors we wanted were not available anywhere in the USA nor were the desired combinations in the pipeline for production .As we were getting ready to go to San Francisco I was going to wait until we returned in the Spring to decide on the car .Georgina in a very positive manner made it so easy for us that we purchased the new vehicle immediately and put in the order to have it produced while we are away .We dropped off the trade-in on the way to the airport ( Geaorgin's idea) . She then drove us to Logan for our SF flight . We are picking up our new GLK when we return . Georgina scheduled everything so we can take our new car on our way home from the airport .Much has been written about what is good service but I think Georgina exemplifies Great Service . We are now her life-long customers ! More

I test drove on Saturday during a small snow storm and returned on Monday at the start of the Blizzard of 2015 to pick up my car. Keith jumped through every hoop to get my car ready and get me on the road. He followed up with everything I requested. If you go to Benz, go straight to Keith. He is the best. More
