Another great experience with another sales person! I was looking to trade six months old 2014 C300 with 6.2 litter C63 AMG before it becomes history. Initially looking for CPO cars at other dealership. I contacted Jeff Tucker, business manager formerly sales person I dealt with. He mentioned me, Mercedes Benz of Boston can help me to trade brand new C63. A couple of days later, Jeff arranged me to meet Alex. Honestly I was little sad when Jeff arranged to meet another sales person, because I was very happy with Jeff. But as soon as I spoke with Alex, my concern disappear quickly. Wow, Alex is very kind and honest person just like Jeff. After test drive, he gave me great offer just like my past experience with Jeff. I personally don't like sales person back and force forever between me and manager and asking me what can make me to purchase new car, but it didn't happen again here at Mercedes Benz of Boston. Shake hands, and big smile. Purchase contract went through very smoothly with Jeff. He knew what I want and answered all my questions very kindly.
