Maged is exceptional at his job I am very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Maged. I was not really clear on what I wanted other than to trade-in my 2013 ML 350 whi I am very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Maged. I was not really clear on what I wanted other than to trade-in my 2013 ML 350 while it still had decent value. Maged listened to me and showed me a newer ML 350, ML 400 and GL 350. I was not pressured at all and when i decided that i wanted another ML but a 400 but didn't want the exact same color car, Maged had the sapphire blue 2015 ML 400 and it was THE car. From the REVEAL of the car upon delivery, to the "get to know the car discussion" and to the walk through of the financing options, the entire experience was FIRST CLASS and we will be repeat customers for a very long time. Maged's follow up has been tremendous since we leased the SUV. More

He intervened on a vehicle already in production to make the changes we requested which shortened the time we would have to wait for it. He was very professional and fair in the negotiation process and we were satisfied with the deal we made. He stayed on top of delivery date and took care of all RMV matters in advance so that we could just drive away. The car was clean and ready for delivery with a full tank of gas. Throughout the process Jasmin kept in contact with us and took care of all details. We bought two Mercedes from this dealership 5 years ago and found it to be the most professional and easy to work with of the surrounding Mercedes dealers. We will return for our future cars and seek out Jasmin again. More

This is the second Mercedes we have bought from Mercedes-Benz of Boston and they have delivered on everything. There is a brand new Mercedes-Benz dealership that opened up in our town and based on the way we were treated by Goeorgina and Mercedes-Benz of Boston, we had no interest to even stop in to the new dealer.
